A vibrant neighborhood with nearby shops and markets.
I found the room quite small for my liking, particularly the bathroom which felt cramped. There was a persistent noise issue from both the street and the internal building, making it difficult to relax. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired, as there were noticeable dust spots on the floor and a lingering, unpleasant odor.

Loved the location near Montparnasse, tons of food options around! Our room even had a view of the Eiffel Tower, which was pretty cool. Just wish the bathroom was a bit cleaner and the bed more comfy for a better night’s sleep.

Good Location, but Major Issues
The location is the highlight, with access to vibrant restaurants nearby. However, our experience was marred by subpar conditions. No air conditioning, low water pressure, and an unsettling noise level made it hard to relax. Consider staying elsewhere unless major improvements are made.

Linen on beds clean, mattress comfortable.
Very noisy area, no air conditioning, broken shower literally fallen off the wall. Wooden floor broken and dangerously nailed down. Second room had a broken toilet seat and was even noisier. Decor in rooms and communal areas shabby with peeling, chipped paint everywhere. The lobby toilet was awful and the door stuck. Cleaning staff did well under tatty conditions.

Family with children needs a better option
The location was amazing, just a few steps from 3 metro stations. The staff was friendly and even let us leave our bags before the room was ready which was a lifesaver with kids. Beds were comfortable and clean, fresh towels every day, that made it really easy with all the mess kids can make.
It wasn’t expensive but you get what you pay for with some dated features and a shower that felt like it was built for a kid.

The room was cozy and clean with a nice view. The bed was decent for resting after exploring Paris, but the size felt a bit cramped for us. We enjoyed the warm ambiance, but the shower was pretty small, which made it a little tricky. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and the nearby restaurants added to the experience!

The room offered a beautiful view and was well-maintained, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. However, the bathroom felt quite cramped, and the noise levels were a distraction. Breakfast options were limited to hot items, but cleanliness in the dining area could be improved. Accessibility to multiple metro stations ensured convenience during my stay.
